Network-Wide Training of ESCs and ECPs for Capacity Building was held on 7th November 2019 in Borovets, Bulgaria. On behalf of the University of Montenegro MSc Maja Škurić attended the training.
First, it was discussed about the Policy Updates for the network, diversity and gender equality and actual benefits regarding organizations that endorsed HRS4R. Different workshops have been organized with the emphasis to the Career Development Centre, Open Science and Responsible Research and Innovation and Career Coaching, among all.
In the afternoon sessions, a dedicated HRS4R training has been delivered. The instructions for job search & application and national portal services & functionalities have been elaborated. The participants have been divided into groups with different tasks and presentations. It was recommended to the representatives of BHO to introduce the services of EURAXESS portal to the wide society.
