At the end of 2016 there were 1.593 job vacancies, according to the data of National Employment Agency of Montenegro. The highest demand was for the VII-1 level of qualification in the sector of administration, tourism and construction. The lowest demand was for mining sector, ICT sector and agriculture and fisheries.
