EURAXESS Bridgehead Organization (BHO) meeting was held on 22nd October 2019 in Brussels. On behalf of the University of Montenegro Nikolina Radulović has participated in the meeting.
Different stakeholders and entities talked about mobility of researchers in Europe - Brain Circulation in Europe. This topic is one of the key priorities of the forthcoming Croatian presidency of the European Union. Representatives of the European Commission stressed that mobility and excellence of researchers are of the crucial importance for the EU.
All-day dialogue on the situation and the measures to improve the mobility of researchers was marked by constant reference to the Charter & Code and HRS4R for young researchers. The necessity of closer cooperation within the EURAXESS network was emphasized, but also cooperation with other networks such as Net4Mobility, Enterprise Europe Network, on both the international and national level.
